Thank you for considering Brentwood SeaWolves! Below are some easy steps to follow to get started with our swim team. You can join any time of the year. If it's during the middle of a month, your dues will be prorated.

If your swimmer is new to our program, review Swim Practice Groups and Fees for more information.

If you are looking for registration information for water polo, please refer to the Lamorinda Brentwood Water Polo tab.

Alumni Swimmers: You only need to complete Steps 3 and 6. Contact Billing to arrange for payment of Pacific Swimming fee.

If your athlete is new to our team or has been away from our team for more than 6 months:

Please schedule a swim evaluation by completing the email template below. Please include the name(s) and age(s) of your athlete(s) in the email template. Also, indicate any prior swim experience (e.g. lessons, previous swim teams, etc.) 

The purpose of the swim evaluation is to determine the appropriate swim group for your athlete. Swim evaluations normally occur on Monday evenings during the school year. During the summer, swim evaluations occur in the morning. You will be contacted by our membership coordinator to schedule the evaluation.

Complete Steps 2-4 prior to the swim evaluation as there are forms which you will need to bring with you. Do not proceed to Steps 5 and 6 until after the swim evaluation. 

After the swim evaluation, a coach will assign your athlete(s) to a Swim Practice Group. Please use the assigned Swim Practice Group for your athlete(s) when you complete the registration process.

If your athlete has been away from our team for less than 6 months, please proceed to Step 2.

If your athlete is scheduled for a swim evaluation:

Please print and complete the City of Brentwood, Aquatic Waiver form and bring it with you to your athlete's swim evaluation to give to our membership coordinator. Each athlete needs his/her own form. 

If your athlete is returning to the team after more than 6 months of being away:

Please print and complete the City of Brentwood, Aquatic Waiver form and bring it to the FIRST practice and hand to the coach working with your athlete's group.

If your athlete is returning to the team after less than 6 months of being away, please proceed to Step 3.

If your athlete is scheduled for a swim evaluation OR does not have a current membership with Pacific Swimming:

Please print and complete the Athlete Registration Application form and bring it with you to your athlete's swim evaluation to give to our membership coordinator.

For a transfer membership, please print and complete the Pacific Swimming Transfer form.

If your athlete has a current membership with Pacific Swimming, please proceed to Step 4.

NOTE: We will process this form for you. Please do not send a separate check to Pacific Swimming. We will charge your credit card on file $165 (plus $115 each additional athlete) to cover the Annual Registration Fee, which includes membership to Pacific Swimming. Refer to Annual Registration Fee under Swim Practice Groups and Fees for more information.

If you are new to the team OR a returning member with a credit card which we don't have on file, please print and complete the Credit Card Authorization form and email it to Billing.

If you are a returning member with a current credit card on file, please proceed to Step 5.  

Note: We do not accept cash or checks.
