*Volunteer Fee
Throughout the year, the board and coaches plan many fun team bonding events. The second Friday of the month is “Fun Friday” for all groups. In the summer, we have weekly Summer of Fun activities. Other events include ice skating, caroling and going to a water slide park. At the end of the swim year, typically before the August break, we have an awards night.
It takes the support of everyone to make these events a reality. We request that each family volunteer at one of these functions. We’ve instituted a Volunteer Fee of $50 per family to help ensure equal participation. Once the volunteer shift is completed, the Volunteer Fee will be credited to the following month’s dues. Volunteer sign-up forms for events will be available throughout the year as activities are scheduled.
Families who serve as meet officials and acting board members are exempt from this fee as they already volunteer their time to the team.
