This email is for families with swimmer(s) participating in the upcoming Terrapins Swim Meet June 8- 9. We will need all families to work a shift.

The timing assignments are now open. We have 3 chair on the Odd End/Deep end Saturday and Sunday.

Each family with one or more swimmers is responsible for one shift. Please go ahead and sign up for the timing shift you like. Make sure you arrive to your shift on time. Please do not leave the timing chair until the person timing for the next shift arrives or have secured a backup timer. If you have to absolutely leave at the end of your shift with no delays, kindly let us know ahead of time, so we can make arrangements.

If your swimmer, who has already signed up for the meet, is unable to swim at the meet, please let us know.

It is also important that you let us know if someone did not show up for their timing shift.

As for officials, one is required on each day.

Signups will remain open until Friday 6/07@ 5:00 pm. If you have not selected a timing assignment by then, you will be assigned to one of the remaining open shifts. It is preferable that you select a shift that works for you. Please make sure to sign up ASAP. Timeline is 2:30pm both days before the long distance races.

An email with the final timing assignments will be sent Friday night as well. So, make sure to check your email before the meet.
